The prolong pandemic had caused tremendous changes to many businesses worldwide. We at RD-Palmer Technology is not spared either, therefore to ensure that we continue to support and service our customer better, we have revamped our website.

Some of the improvement are

• Customer can now register and manage your own account and download your certificates and historical information here.
• To improve our support, customer can now request for support via Ticket system. Our designated team will response to the ticket as soon as possible.
• We have also includes various contact channels for customer to contact and interact with us such at WhatsApp, Telegram and message contact form through the website.
• Our team is working on tutorial videos and will continue to update our RD-Palmer Channel at YouTube to ensure our customer is able to get training without physical attendance.
• We have improvement our online payment channel with more choice such as FPX or Credit Card to increase the usage of e-payment.
