SALES & APPLICATION ENGINEER
Job Descriptions: -
• To Market and promote Underground Utilities Locating and Cable Fault Locating product to existing and new customer.
• To conduct sales presentation and product demonstration.
• To identify customer needs, provide advice, technical solution and prepare technical & commercial proposal to the customer.
• To follow up, negotiate and achieve sales target set by the company.
• To build good rapport with existing & new customer in the assigned industries/accounts
• To plan Value Added Sales and Marketing Strategies to achieve sales department targets and goals.
• To prepare and update sales report on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
• To perform any ad-hoc job function as assigned by management.
Qualifications: -
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Must have basic understanding of Power engineering, supply and distribution System
• Knowledge of electrical installation methods, practices and national electrical code an advantage
• Excellent in written, verbal communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• MUST be Computer literacy in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• MUST Possess driving license (Class D), willing to travel and flexible to relocate anywhere in Malaysia
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in technical sales.
• Able to work independently and a team player.
SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Job Descriptions: -
• Assist on/off site equipment services such as installation, maintenance and optimization of equipment performance
• Ensure task assigned are completed within the time frame given and achieving the results to the customer satisfaction.
• Ensure service and repair rendered are in accordance to standard set and highest quality expected.
• Able to work independently and a team player whenever required.
• Provide feedback on product quality and technical support function for continuous improvement
• Provide necessary solution or advice to customer on technical issue and problem raised.
• To report, update and keep proper records of all service and repair in accordance to the company standard documentation system.
• Able to travel out of state and with short stay over whenever requires.
Qualifications: -
• Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronic or equivalent
• Preferably with 1-2 years site experiences
• Good with PC and basic programming languagesÂ
• Valid driving license.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
SENIOR TECHNICAL ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyze customer needs and to determine appropriate solutions for complex technical issues
- Provide guidance to team of engineers and technicians on day to day technical work, issues and direction
- Arrange manpower, resources and schedule project implementation and management
- Conducting research and study on new technologies and products in order to improve application and process
- Technical presentation, application training and support
- Assist with the project, budgeting and work schedules
- Assist sales team on application and solution offering to customer
- Preparing, reports and other technical documentation whenever required
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in E&E, Mechatronic or related field
- At least 5 years related working experience
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Experiences in utilities, IOT and automation industries preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of relevant software and application
