 RD-Palmer Technology is an established engineering company specialized in providing solution to the underground utilities detection, inspection and asset management system.

We begin our journey on April fool day in year 2003. Fool we maybe but we are clear about our mission which is to improve the safety of the operators when dealing with buried utilities. So, we have since take on the mission to educate the operator and drive the industry with our latest technology. Our technology has improved safety, productivity and minimize project downtime.

We have never look back since. 

Our main products includes Pipe Cable Locator, Ground Penetrating Radar, Pipeline Inspection and full range of water product from telemetry data logger, leak detection monitoring to Intelligent Pressure Controller. Along the way we bring on board other technology which complement our product range.

RD-Palmer is the exclusive distributor for a range of internationally recognized and market leading brands i.e. Radiodetection, MALA, Radcom and HWM. Providing customer with equipment and services in the fields of engineering, geoscience and environmental.
