BMIC Electronic Leak Locator - Easy to use for water leak detection

Bmic is an easy to use, electronic leak monitoring tool, ideal for general water leak detection operations. The lightweight economic unit can be used to: Confirm the position of underground leaks audibly from ground level Sound pipe fittings (with optional hand probe) Carry out traditional acoustic surveys The Bmic is simple and cost effect for helping to minimizing disruption and reducing repair times for any leakage technician.

The light weight Bmic system allows for simple one handed operation as the compact control unit is designed to attach comfortably on a belt. This provides the ability to hold the “elephants foot” microphone while still being able to easily operate the control unit.

The Bmic is supplied with an “elephants foot” microphone for surface sounding. The microphone allows for superior sound quality due to the windproof housing almost eliminating background noise.

The system can also be supplied with an optional hand probe for making direct contact on accessible pipes and fittings and an attachable tripod, which can be inserted into soft ground in the pinpointing stage.
