The Maxi Miller Power Plus is a new, powerful and efficient multi-use trenchless system from Picote. It allows the use of Picote’s unique tools in DN150-300 / 6”-12” sewers (DN70 & 100 / 3” & 4” in-side straight pipe). The Miller Power Plus System is designed for faster lateral reinstatements, even higher speed drain cleaning and more efficient collapsed liner removal. The Power Plus provides double the power compared to the regular Maxi Miller (3kw vs. 1.5kw).

The Maxi Power + is for tough jobs.

Picote Power Plant

Every work site can be different when it comes to 3-phase power. To eliminate variations we now offer the Picote Power Plant.

Run all of your Picote Millers from the Picote Power Plant, powered by a Kubota diesel engine. Comes with 400v, 230v outlets.

Picote Transformer

A 110v transformer is also available to accompany your Picote Power Plant seperately. It’s also available as part of a complete package.

Cleaning Brush & Accessories

The Smart Spider Plus

A pipe cleaning tool specially designed for pipes where sections are missing or large holes are present. Add a front drill head to the Spider Plus foe efficient descaling when the pipe is completely blocked. Use in cast iron, clay and PVC pipes.

The Twister Plus

The Maxi Miller Power Plus Twister Express offers ultra-fast lateral reinstatements in DN150, 200 and 225 / 6”, 8” and 9” pipes in typically only 30 seconds!

The Tornado Chain

The Tornado is a hugely efficient heavy-duty cleaning chain with carbides on every chain link. This makes it a very strong and long lasting chain, as chains usually begin to wear off on places without carbides. The chain is made from highly specialised raw material, increasing the life-span even further.

Concrete Remover Plus

The Twister Concrete Remover for the Maxi Miller Power Plus has extra thick front metal panels with chunky carbides that eat through concrete. The Concrete Remover is a practical and effective tool that saves time and money at the worksite. Available for DN150 & 200 / 6″ & 8″ pipes.

Smart Sweeper

Smart Sweeper Liner Remover DN150,200,225 & 250-300 / 6”, 8”, 9” and 10”- 12” For use with the Maxi Miller Power Plus only. Developed for several challenging collapsed liner situations including where the collapsed material is around the wall of the pipe. Highly effective in situations where a liner which is too big has been wrongly installed inside the pipe (e.g. 8” liner inside 6” pipe). Create the combination that works best by simply changing the front head. Use with Smart Crusher Head (shown right) for cases where the collapse is in the middle of the pipe.

The Smart Sweeper Plus

Smart Sweeper Liner Remover DN150,200,225 & 250-300 / 6”, 8”, 9” and 10”- 12” For use with the Maxi Miller Power Plus only. Developed for several challenging collapsed liner situations including where the collapsed material is around the wall of the pipe. Highly effective in situations where a liner which is too big has been wrongly installed inside the pipe (e.g. 8” liner inside 6” pipe). Create the combination that works best by simply changing the front head. Use with Smart Crusher Head (shown right) for cases where the collapse is in the middle of the pipe.

Use with the Front Drill Head for stubborn wrinkles (right). Also suitable for highly efficient drain cleaning.

For collapsed liner removal. The flat crusher drill head is specially designed to remove failed liner/material when it is located in the middle of the pipe.

The crusher makes the initial hole in the liner removal process. ​The drill head grinds the material away smoothly and safely going forward without tilting the head. The drill head can also be used as a head for the Twister Plus, Smart Cutter Plus and Smart Sweeper Plus
